91% Complete

Project Description

In consideration for the NomE’ Nosrac Boutique market and competitors, NomE’ Nosrac Boutique will need a website specifically tooled for ecommerce to facilitate shoppers viewing and purchasing merchandise online. The webstore will need to clean, well defined, and most importantly secure. The website will need to allow shoppers to view the fully NomE’ Nosrac Boutique catalog and order from the catalog online using various payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc).

The webstore will need to allow shoppers to save their favorite items to a wish list that they can come back to later and order or provide that list to friends and family members to purchase items for them. Customers can receive reward points for their purchases that can later be redeemed for discounts on merchandise purchases. Catalog will need to include product categories with hierarchies, sales, discounts, skus, images, product options and swatching.  NomE’ Nosrac Boutique will need access to update the product catalog, although based on the intended product catalog of 500 items, they will want the ability to have a managed service to maintain products as well.

NomE’ Nosrac Boutique website will also need to serve as a portal and kiosk for the brick and mortar store. While shoppers can place orders online and have them shipped to them directly, the webstore will also allow shoppers to pick up from the store when selected. Store employees may use the website as a kiosk within the brick and mortar store to process sales and orders to ensure that all product, sales, inventory, etc are kept in sync and in one place.

Reinvent Youth | Web Presence Development Reinvent Youth | Web Presence Development

100% Complete

Project Description

Reinvent Youth is in the process of re-establishing itself since the name change in 2018. Due to changes in laws that originally more easily supported payments for those individuals needing transitional housing and services, Quality Community Care was unable to produce enough revenue to sustain as a viable business. Because the state was funding most individuals, and the change required individuals to pay for more of the services, participation and interest from individual decreased.   Additional challenges stemmed from the lack of financial support from the community and Quality Community Care not being able to secure sponsors, donators or grants. The full financial funding responsibility for purchases, activities, etc., were all met by the founder supported minimally by the state and individual payments.   With the re-branding of the organization to Reinvent Youth, the organization currently does not have a web presence to support that change. The existing website for Quality Community Care (www.qcommunitycare.com) is not informative enough to provide youth, youth service providers and case managers or foster parents with the information that they need to understand the organization and to drive them to enroll their child. Additionally, the website design is antiquated and has a left a lot to be desired as far as content and functionality.   Derived from the consultation with Reinvent Youth, the problem outlined and the needs assessment, Reinvent Youth has outlined recommendations. Molock Creative Solutions will create a website design and development strategy to create a clear brand for the organization. The website will provide an engaging user interface and user experience coupled with enriching, interactive content for foster parents, case managers, youth representatives and youth to provide a clear call to action to direct visitors to enroll, register to volunteer, etc.   The website will provide information about the services and programs offered by the organization as well as provide the information that foster parents, case manager and youth representatives need and that the youth want to gain an understanding of what they can expect when they enroll. The website will drive the call to action for potential sponsor, grant writers and donators to donate or sponsor the organization as well as showcase existing sponsors.   We will ensure that the best search engine optimization (SEO) practice are incorporated and utilized within the architecture of the website. Website design will include a structure that is conducive for driving the behavior as outlined in the user personas.   Molock Creative Solutions will create a new, easy to navigate website architecture based on the Reinvent Youth content (provided by Client), as well as by researching industry and local competitors in the market. The website will be designed in a manner that general content can be maintained by the organization with basic training.   Molock Creative Solutions will create wireframes and conceptual designs with a user-friendly, clean, modern design that puts Reinvent Youth priorities first. The website will be created on a scalable platform, WordPress, because it is manageable and extensible. Furthermore, Molock Creative Solutions will implement and integrate communication tools to facilitate constant engagement with foster parents, case managers, youth, volunteers, donators and sponsors.

GEMS Program | Website Development GEMS Program | Website Development

39% Complete

Project Description

G.E.M.S Program has not been actively running for the past year (2017) because many of the participants aged out of the program and there was little drive or desire to market, socialize or solicit new participants. Additional challenges stemmed from the lack of financial support from the community and the G.E.M.S Program not being able to secure sponsors, donators or grants. The full financial funding responsibility for purchases, activities, etc., were all met by the founder supported by her employment outside of the organization.

Meeting consistently and having a meeting location further made it difficult to provide the services G.E.M.S Program wanted to for the participants. They had to search for meeting spaces which was not conducive to facilitating a safe-haven where participants could always go to get assistance, hang out or meet with others.

At times the organization was strained with having many participants and only on facilitator / leader, the founder. The organization found it difficult to find and maintain volunteers to assist with the programs. Because participants ages can range greatly, the programs offered differ based on age groups – facilitating programs for 3 to 5 groups in one session by one person proved to be unmanageable and difficult. This meant the quality of the experience varied for participants.

The existing website is not informative enough to provide potential participants and parents with the information that they need to understand the organization and to drive them to enroll their child. Additionally, the website design is antiquated and has a left a lot to be desired as far as content and functionality. The organization has found that they do not have the training or resources to maintain the content or the structure.

Derived from the consultation with G.EM.S. Program, the problem outlined and the needs assessment, Molock Creative Solutions has outlined recommendations. Molock Creative Solutions will create a website design and development strategy to create a clear brand for the organization.

The website will provide an engaging user interface and user experience coupled with enriching, interactive content for visitors and clear call to action to direct visitors to enroll, register, RSVP, etc. The website will provide information about the programs offered by the organization as well as provide the information that parents need and that the girls want to gain an understanding of what they can expect when they enroll.

Molock Creative Solutions will create a new, easy to navigate website architecture based on the G.E.M.S Program content (provided by Client), as well as by researching industry and local competitors in the market. The website will be designed in a manner that general content can be maintained by the organization with basic training.

Molock Creative Solutions will create wireframes and conceptual designs with a user-friendly, clean, modern design that puts G.E.M.S Program priorities first. The website will remain on the current platform, WordPress, because it is manageable and extensible. Furthermore, Molock Creative Solutions will implement and integrate communication tools to facilitate constant engagement with potential participant, participants, parents, volunteers, donators and sponsors.

Numbers Evolution Business & Web Presence Development Numbers Evolution

100% Complete

Project Description

Numbers Evolution is a new Limited Liability Company operating out of Austin, Texas but also servicing Cedar Park, Texas. Numbers Evolution provides mobile math tutoring services for
children in grades Kindergarten to 6th grade. They have most recently obtained services to create a logo to represent the business, but have no web presence – they have not purchased their web domain, they have no website, professional dedicated email or social media accounts. Additionally, there are no systems in place to track finances accurately as well as no system being used to manage customer data to include customer contact information, billing information or customer relationship management information. There has been no branding done to date, they only have the newly acquired logo. They are utilizing old business cards with no branding.

AMM Design will create a web presence and website development strategy to facilitate branding the company and generating and managing the business operations. This strategy includes creating the company website by securing the business domain and setting up appropriate web hosting, creating relevant social media channels, creating data repositories for collaboration and future data archiving as well as setting up professional business email.

We will create brand and marketing materials for Numbers Evolution’s use which will include a business card with the new company logo and appropriate contact details, general flyer for distribution as well as floor standing banner for trade shows and events.

Website

The Numbers Evolution website will be designed in a way that staff can maintain it with basic training and web development knowledge in effort to avoid the need for constant or consistent web development. Main content will be easily managed within the website backend. The website will be designed to provide tutoring information to parents of potential students as well as information to existing students. This information will be focused on converting visitors into new customers, providing existing customers and students with the information relevant to their tutoring as well as provide general knowledge around math curriculum and news.

AMM Designs will create a new, easy to navigate architecture based on content provided by the client as well as by researching industry and local competitors in the market. The website will allow customers to schedule initial assessments to obtain tutoring services, purchase tutoring sessions as well as communicate with Numbers Evolution quickly and securely. We will create wireframes with a child-friendly, clean, simple, modern design that put Numbers Evolution priorities such as detailing business services and programs, company mission and vision and reducing the friction for parents to obtain tutoring services for their children. We will develop a website on our preferred platform, WordPress. WordPress is considered one of the most  user-friendly and extensible open source content management systems available. We will incorporate required and relevant plugins and applications based on client functionality requirements.

Email

AMM Designs will create business professional email for Numbers Evolution using the business domain and web hosting. This email will be manageable online as well as via various desktop email clients (laptops, desktops, etc) and on mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc). Email will be setup with appropriate business signatures and profiles as outlined in the client requirements.

Social Media

AMM Designs will create social media channels to introduce Numbers Evolution to the world and more importantly the local community. We will create a communication plan that will allow Numbers Evolution to communicate directly with all customers and customer segments via social media channels and email.

Data Repositories & Collaboration Tools

We will setup applicable data collaboration tools to ensure the secure handling of data as it pertains to account setup, website content, etc. This may include such solutions as Google Drive, Dropbox and Box.

Marketing Materials

AMM Designs will create marketing materials as requested by the client – most specifically noted as a business card, marketing flyers for distribution at events and places of business frequented as well as the creation of a floor standing banner.

Accounting System

AMM Designs will investigate and propose specific solutions for small business accounting purposes. Solutions proposed may be standalone or potentially interoperable with the website to automate synchronization.
